Over 10 years of experience managing HIV care and treatment programs at a local and national level, including planning, designing, implementing, mentoring, and evaluating and documenting at Shanduko Yeupenyu Child Care. My main tasks are as follows: Provide technical leadership and ensure the quality and sustainability of interventions. Collaborate with project team to build capacity around HIV treatment and Care, PMTCT, HIV testing, advocacy, HIV clinical monitoring systems, and health system strengthening.Work with Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) staffs to develop M&E frameworks and effectively track data/results effectively manage talent for HIV programs and supervise. Manage team dynamics and staff well-being. Provide coaching, strategically tailor individual development plans, and complete performance management for direct reports. Lead the development of program learning: identify opportunities for learning, research and publications in HIV programs, and implementation of MEAL (Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning) policy. Facilitate the dissemination of promising practices and lessons learned to contribute to the agency knowledge management agenda. Ensure integration of innovations and best practices. Contribute to the proactive pursuit of opportunities for new funding to ensure growth of the HIV program portfolio in line with local, regional, and International HIV strategic priorities. Serve as the technical lead and technical writer to ensure quality proposals in HIV per organisation and donor standards. Contribute to budgeting and staffing plans and activities for proposals. Oversee technical assistance and capacity strengthening activities in HIV for staff and partner organizations to enhance program quality and impact. Oversee the identification, assessment and strengthening of partnerships relevant to HIV in the appropriate application of partnership concepts, tools and approaches. Leading the research and advocacy units for the organisation. And I am also Chairing Epworth District Aids Action committee the committee coordinates all HIV Stakeholders using multi-sectoral approach to respond to HIV Cure and prevention.
