   - Postgraduate Diploma in Monitoring and Evaluation Candidate (University of Zambia)

   - Certificate in Creating Public Value (Harvard University)

   - Certificate in Foundations of Development Policy: Advanced Development Economics     (Massachusetts Institute of Technology)

   - BA in Economics with Statistics (University of Zambia)

 

 2. Technical Skills: 

   - Solid foundation in economics, statistics, monitoring and evaluation, international development, project management, and policy.

   - Proficient in Stata, SPSS, Python, R, LATEX, Atlas, MS Office, Google Workspace tools, SurveyCTO, and ODK/Kobo.

   - Advanced data analysis and programming skills in Stata and SPSS.

   - Experience in electronic data collection tools (SurveyCTO, Kobo), CAPI, and high-frequency checks.

 

 3. Professional Experience: 

   - Over 10 years of progressive experience in applied research, monitoring and evaluation, and policy engagement.

   - Technical expertise in designing and implementing baseline surveys and monitoring surveys.

   - In-depth involvement in the education sector, contributing to projects such as Zambia Enhancing Early Learning (ZEEL) and Global Fund-supported Comprehensive Sexuality Education.

   - In-depth understanding of agriculture, labour markets and social protection development initiatives. 

 

 4. Policy Engagement and Monitoring & Evaluation Activities: 

   - Advisory support to the government through the Reference Group on the Evaluation of the Seventh National Development Plan (7NDP).

   - Thought partner on policy issues to government partners, contributing to such topics and strategic planning, evaluations and agenda setting.

   - Member of various committees, including the Research Coordinating Committee(RCC) and Monitoring and Evaluation Technical Committee (METC).

 

 5. Capacity Building: 

   - Facilitator in research (including RCTs), data collection and analysis training workshops.

   - Conducted capacity-building training workshops for government partners and other non-government partners.

   - Experienced in conducting capacity assessment and data mapping exercises for organisations
