Alsen holds Masters of Science Degree in Development Economics, Project Management Professional(PMP®) Certificate, Risk Management Professional (PMI-RMP®) Certificate; Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certificate; PRINCE2® Foundation Certificate; MEAL DPro Certificate, Programme Monitoring and Evaluation (ILO-M&E Certificate); Mixed Methods in Research and Evaluation Certificat, Results Based Management Certificate with 19 years’ experience in employing quantitative and qualitative methods of data collection and analysis, and special emphasis in human-centred approaches to MEL gained from INGO’s. His research and evaluation interests lie within climate adaptation, sustainable development, Agriculture, Education, Health and Food Security. He has experience working with donors especially accountability and reporting for USAID, FCDO and EU.
