With a Bachelor of Arts in Demography and a Postgraduate Diploma in Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E), I am a seasoned professional specializing in Research, Monitoring, and Evaluation. I bring over seven years of extensive experience in conducting research and implementing M&E in development work. My expertise encompasses a wide range of practical research, monitoring, and evaluation functions, including comprehensive data collection using various methodologies, rigorous data quality assurance, and advanced data analysis utilizing tools such as Stata, SPSS, and Atlas Ti.

I excel in capacity building, empowering staff in research and M&E through targeted training and support. My proficiency includes developing and implementing robust M&E systems and crafting detailed M&E plans that drive project success. I have successfully contributed to internationally sponsored projects, collaborating with esteemed organizations such as Save the Children, the Scottish Catholic International Aid Fund, Misereor, ActionAid Zambia, the National Democratic Institute, and the European Union.

My hands-on approach, coupled with my analytical skills, ensures the delivery of high-quality research and evaluation outcomes. I am committed to advancing development initiatives through meticulous M&E practices and contributing to impactful, data-driven decision-making processes.
