Professional Experience:
- Over eight years of experience in monitoring and evaluation, knowledge management, research, project management, communication, and public relations within various sectors, including private, government, and NGOs. This extensive background ensures a robust understanding of the diverse requirements and challenges associated with M&E activities across different settings.
- Experience at the national and international levels in the design, monitoring, and evaluation of complex projects. This includes working with organizations such as the Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock, Fisheries and Cooperatives, Veterinarians Without Borders Canada, and Voluntary Service Overseas (VSO Kenya).
MEL (Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning):
- Developed and implemented M&E plans and frameworks, ensuring project milestones are achieved while applying rigorous evaluation methodologies, including gender-responsive and equity-focused development evaluations.
- Proven ability to develop theories of change and log frames, essential for setting up MEL systems and ensuring effective monitoring of project implementation.
- Experience in leading and conducting baseline, mid-term, end-line, and impact evaluations, including the development of TORs and collaboration with consultants.
