20 years of experience designing, managing, and executing mixed-methods attitudinal and behavioral studies. Presenter of results in an accessible manner. Areas of expertise include organizational behavior, education and health services access, girl child rights, and resiliency (psychology), research methodologies (1:1 Key Informant Interviews, focus groups, surveys, behavioral observations, diaries). Non-academic experience translates into design, development, and testing of tools measuring complex phenomena (i.e., disability and inclusivity, humanitarian relief, inter-ethnic conflict, resiliency (i.e., online bullying), and changes in health behaviors (through social marketing or social behavior change-SBC), consulting in cross-cultural contexts with different languages (including sign language), goal metric development, and actionable insights, using data visualization. Academic results: three peer-reviewed publications (one forthcoming), national invited talks, and over 15 conference presentations.
