As an Independent Senior Consultant specializing in Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) and Research, and project implementation, I bring extensive expertise across various sectors and a results-oriented approach to every project. With over 20 years of international experience in Türkiye, the Middle East, and Europe, I provide consultancy services for EU, UN, GIZ, and other donor-funded projects. I excel in monitoring and evaluation, research, strategic planning, proposal writing, and project implementation.
My experience spans a broad range of sectors, including food security, agriculture and rural development, livelihoods, social protection, gender, migration, and human rights. I have successfully collaborated with diverse stakeholders such as international and regional development agencies, the private sector, local and national CSOs, INGOs, municipalities, and public institutions including the Ministry of Family, Labour and Social Services, the Ministry of National Education, and the Ministry of Industry and Technology. I have conducted research with various beneficiary groups, including job seekers and entrepreneurs, refugees and IDPs, women, youth, and individuals with disabilities, all of whom have high degrees of vulnerability.
I am proficient in both qualitative and quantitative research methods, data analysis, reporting, and research management. I conduct participatory meetings and deliver impactful training on M&E, PCM, and communications, thereby enhancing knowledge transfer across organizations. My background also includes a deep understanding of strategic planning for communication and marketing projects, awareness-raising activities, and brand building.
I am committed to promoting good practices under a human rights-based approach, with a focus on gender equality, and upholding the principles of "do no harm" and "leave no one behind." I am passionate about driving impactful initiatives and contributing to positive social change.
