Evaluation Officer

I have over twenty years of working experience and expertise in the fields of Monitoring and Evaluation and Quantitative Research and about seven years experience in Nutritional Epidemiology and Public Health. In 2002, I worked with the Uganda Bureau of Statistics to support the 2002 National Population Census; thereafter I joined Non- Governmental Organizations like Food for the Hungry and Catholic Relief Services where I worked as Head of Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning before joining WFP in 2012. I have worked with WFP country offices Liberia and Nigeria as Head of Monitoring and Evaluation and also worked as Regional M&E officer at the WFP regional Office in Cairo, Egypt.  Currently am based at the WFP headquarters, in Rome Italy working with the Office of Evaluation (OEV) since 2022. I hold a degree in Statistics, Post graduate Diploma in Management Studies and Masters in Nutritional Epidemiology and Public Health. 

In the recent past I have supported the WFP strategic evaluation of the Nutrition and HIV strategies. Currently I am supporting the Country Strategic Plan Evaluation of the WFP Liberia Country office and support other workstreams of the evaluation function on "Capacity and Quality of Evaluations", "evaluation use" and "access to evaluation expertise" .
