    Gracias, Kayitesi por este tema. Principalmente en Ruanda, hay planes de distrito (Imihigo) para cada año que cubren todos los sectores, incluyendo la agricultura. El rendimiento de cada distrito se evalúa al final del año. Por lo tanto, me gustaría saber si esto también puede ser clasificado como un sistema de evaluación.

    Greetings to all of you,

    I know what is meta-analysis and how it is an important tool to the decision-maker but I have never used this tool. I would like to learn a lot about how to make it. It would be better if you can give a guideline or training on its usage for interested people.
