I am an expert in the evaluation of environmental and climate change policies and projects, with more than 10 years of experience in this field. As an independent evaluator, I have participated in the thematic evaluation of the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO) work in support to SDG 14 Life Below Water, and in the evaluations of the FAO’s Country Program in Mexico and Colombia, and UNIDO’s Country Program in China. I have also conducted 25 evaluations of projects related to sustainable use of natural resources, climate change and chemicals management, for FAO, UNDP and UNIDO, among others. These evaluations have been funded by international bodies such as the Global Environment Facility and have covered the Latin American and Caribbean region, Africa and Asia.
