Ad-ditionally, I have worked as an International Consultant and Technical Expert at UNCDF, and as an Interna-tional Consultant at UNDP in Tuvalu, Iraq, and the Philippines. My expertise also extends to being a Re-search Consultant for UN Women's Financial Inclusion Project and an M&E Expert in both the South Asia Sub-regional Economic Cooperation and the South Asia Tourism Infrastructure Development projects.
Throughout my career, I have led teams in evaluating 50 projects, offering strategic feedback, managing data, and influencing legislative and policy decisions. My experience includes the transfer and adaptation of exper-tise in reconciliation, public sector development, and governance. I excel in theory-guided document analysis and innovative mapping techniques, which involve interactive processes to identify strengths, constraints, and opportunities. My work encompasses cross-checking linkages, knowledge identification, process documenta-tion, outreach, public sector reform, and providing targeted recommendations for design and implementation improvements.
I am skilled in managing complexities and ensuring the validity and reliability of results, risks, and assump-tions. I am proficient in conducting both virtual and in-person consultations for knowledge sharing and en-hancing M&E within line agencies.
I hold an MSc in Urban Management and Development and a PhD with research focused on "Governance and Sustainability in Irrigation Systems," supported by Erasmus Scholarships NL. My extensive experience in policy development, combined with my ability to analyze socio-economic factors and propose beneficial al-ternatives, underscores my capability to meet and exceed the expected results of this assignment.
