SKILLS & EXPERTISE
Monitoring & Evaluation:
- Designing and implementing M&E frameworks, results-based management (RBM), and logical frameworks (LogFrames).
- Conducting program evaluations, impact assessments, and performance tracking for donor-funded projects.
- Developing data collection tools (surveys, KIIs, FGDs) and ensuring data quality assurance (DQA).
Data Analysis & Visualization:
- Advanced proficiency in SPSS, R, Python, and Excel for quantitative and qualitative analysis.
- Creating dynamic dashboards and reports using Power BI and Tableau for data-driven decision-making.
- Experience in data validation, cleaning, and database management (PMERL systems).
Research & Reporting:
- Leading baseline studies, mid-term reviews, and end-line evaluations.
- Drafting evaluation reports, policy briefs, and presentations for stakeholders.
- Supporting research design, fieldwork coordination, and evidence-based recommendations.
Stakeholder Engagement & Capacity Building:
- Training project teams and enumerators on M&E best practices and data collection methodologies.
- Facilitating stakeholder consultations for grant proposals and program development.
- Collaborating with NGOs, CSOs, and government agencies to align M&E with organizational goals.
