A proven track record of achievement in Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) across various international humanitarian organizations and Government Agencies, I am actively pursuing a challenging key position as a Monitoring and Evaluation Lead in the development sector to take my career to the next level and expand my experience. Consistently developing the M&E framework and managing MEAL (Monitoring, Evaluation Accountability & Learning), RBM (Result Based Management) system, Impact Assessment (IA) and ToC (Theory of Change), I utilize an accommodating, helpful and result-focused approach with the ability to exceed service standards and achieve positive outcomes aligned with the strategic direction of humanitarian program.
