Revocatus Biro
Revocatus Biro is a Tanzanian academic, consultant, and development practitioner with extensive experience in higher education, research, and community-driven initiatives. He is closely associated with The Open University of Tanzania (OUT), where he has been instrumental in conceptualizing and delivering consultancy services, short courses, and training programs tailored to public and private sector needs.
With a strong foundation in Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E), Revocatus specializes in establishing M&E systems, developing indicators, and conducting evaluations for public and private organizations. He has designed and facilitated training on M&E for policy implementation, project performance measurement, and evidence-based decision-making, aligning these efforts with national and international development frameworks such as the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and Tanzania’s Vision 2025.
