I am an Economist and Monitoring & Evaluation Specialist with over a decade of robust experience in Monitoring and Evaluation, Planning and Budgeting. I have served in various roles within government and NGOs spanning sectors of Agriculture, Fisheries, Technology and Innovation, Food Security and Resilience, Nutrition, among others. Throughout career, I have accomplished to coordinated Monitoring Evaluation and Learning (MEAL) activities in both Humanitarian and Development context funded by major international donors such as IFAD, NORAD, Sida, UKAid, NRF, HDIF, AfriConEU’s, WFP, and the World Bank that the experience has provided a profound understanding of World's development dynamics. My goal is to be prominent in Result based Monitoring.
I hold a Master Degree in Economic Policy Management from Makerere University, an MBA (Finance) from Dar es Salaam University, a Postgraduate Diploma in Monitoring and Evaluation from Uganda Management Institute (UMI), a Bachelor degree in Economics and Statistics from Dar es Salaam University .
Currently, I serve as a MEAL Specialist at International Fund for Agriculture Development (IFAD) with the Agriculture and Fisheries Development Programme, tasked with developing and institutionalizing practical MEAL strategies within the existing programme management frameworks enhancing program quality and innovation through the development of advanced M&E, Information Management System,Methodologies and Result Based Management System.
