- More than 10 years of experience in studies, mid-term and final evaluation, country programme evaluations (CPEs), thematic evaluations (TEs) and real-time evaluations (RTEs) and Research on agricultural value chains: Ability to conduct desk research, surveys, focus group, analyse data and translate findings into actionable recommendations with solid experience in rigorous evaluation methods and techniques.
- Familiarity with application of innovative evaluation tools and methodologies for functional analysis and economic analysis of agricultural value chains.
- Strong command of both qualitative and quantitative evaluation methods.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to work effectively across diverse cultural and institutional settings.
- Exceptional analytical, writing, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to work independently while contributing to collaborative team efforts.
- Strong Command of MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, PowerBI, SPSS, XLSTAT, KoboCollect, ODK and Survey Solutions
