• Expert in agroeconomics, with proven skills in agronomy, training, and support for cooperatives and rural business models such as Farmers' Hubs (production and marketing of quality greenhouse nurseries for market gardeners) and Agricultural Machinery Operation Centers (CEMA) for rice farmers, with extensive experience in economic monitoring and evaluating the profitability of agricultural machinery use within CEMAs;
• Skilled in developing business plans and economic models tailored to agricultural businesses. Proficient in the design and implementation of monitoring and evaluation systems, the development of data collection tools, as well as quantitative and qualitative analysis;
• Excellent command of digital data collection tools (KOBO, ODK) and data analysis (SPSS, STATA, Excel). Strong analytical and data interpretation skills, and the ability to write technical reports, as well as reports for non-technical audiences;
• Proven experience in conducting baseline studies, project impact evaluations and beneficiary satisfaction.
