I am a senior academic and consultant with over twenty-five years of experience in agricultural advisory and extension services, rural development, and evaluation. My work has focused on advancing rural advisory services, fostering community engagement, and strengthening agricultural innovation systems across Egypt, Saudi Arabia, and wider international contexts. My expertise encompasses program evaluation, social impact assessment, agricultural value chain analysis, and the development of digital advisory platforms. I have led and contributed to numerous international projects funded by FAO, IFAD, the World Bank, GIZ, and UNDP, with a particular emphasis on sustainability, natural resource management, and community resilience. My consultancy portfolio spans strategy formulation, environmental awareness campaigns, and institutional capacity building. In addition, I have authored and co-authored an extensive body of peer-reviewed research addressing climate change adaptation, agricultural knowledge systems, microplastics in agroecosystems, and sustainable food systems. I hold certifications as a Project Management Professional (PMP®) and PMO Certified Practitioner, reflecting advanced competence in project design, management, and delivery. Through academic leadership and applied fieldwork, I integrate rigorous research with practical solutions to strengthen agricultural systems, inform policy reform, and enhance rural livelihoods in diverse settings.
