I am an independent multilingual research and evaluation specialist with close to twenty years’ experience evaluating and making strategic recommendations to complex multi-sectoral, multi-country and multi-stakeholder humanitarian and development programmes, often in fragile states and post-disaster contexts.
With an academic background in demography, health, anthropology and communications, I adopt innovative and participative mixed-methods approaches and use a broad range of quantitative and qualitative techniques for collecting and analysing data. I am results-driven and strive to produce reliable and practical recommendations towards programme strategic planning and policy development.
