Work Experience
Over 17 years of experience in leading and supporting large-scale digital transformation initiatives across government and development sectors. Currently working as a Digital Development Consultant at the World Bank, supporting digital economy, digital public infrastructure, and policy engagement in Sri Lanka and the Maldives. Formerly held senior leadership roles at the Information and Communication Technology Agency (ICTA) of Sri Lanka, driving national e-government programmes, digital inclusion initiatives, and institutional transformation projects.
Extensive experience working with international development agencies, multinational companies, and governments, collaborating with senior policymakers, donors, and private sector leaders to design, implement, and evaluate high-impact programmes that deliver sustainable development outcomes.
