With a Ph.D. in Psychology specializing in Evaluation and Applied Research Methods  (Claremont Graduate University, USA) and an MPA (ISCTE, Portugal), I offer over 20 years of dual experience in project management and evaluation. My fields of expertise span critical sectors, including Climate Change, where I currently propose strategic indicators for the Climate and Society Institute (iCS) and served as a senior specialist for the Stockholm Convention’s (UNEP/GEF) financial mechanism review. In Early Childhood Development, I have led systemic institutional evaluations for the Maria Cecília Souto Vidigal Foundation (FMCSV) and conducted consultancies for UNICEF, while my work in Education includes leading evaluation teams for the Lemann Center and the Justice Education Initiative at Pitzer College. My extensive professional background also encompasses Public Policy and Infrastructure, having served as a Program Director at the Brazilian Planning Ministry and as a Project Manager at Arcadis Brazil for large-scale social and industrial programs. I am highly skilled in the entire evaluation lifecycle—from formulating theories of change to performing sophisticated quantitative analysis in R and qualitative analysis in MaxQDA—and I continue to contribute to the field as a Visiting Faculty member and as a co-founder and Director of the Brazilian Monitoring and Evaluation Network. Additionally, I contribute to the academic and professional community as a Visiting Faculty member teaching public policy evaluation and as a co-founder and Director of the Brazilian Monitoring and Evaluation Network, since 2008.
