UCM AGREE PROJECT

MONITORING AND EVALUATION SPECIALIST

Holding a Degree in Economics from the Université Catholique de Bukavu and a Master II in International Development from the African Institute for Economic Risk Management and International Development (IAGREDI), I specialize in development finance and economic policy management.

My professional career is defined by driving high-impact sustainability, infrastructure, and energy initiatives in the Democratic Republic of the Congo through World Bank-funded portfolios. Previously, I served as a Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist at PURUK (Kananga Emergency Urban Resilience Project). In this role, I leveraged my project management and data analysis skills to oversee critical infrastructure interventions aimed at protecting homes and public facilities in Kananga against severe erosion and climate risks.

Building on this expertise in urban resilience and stakeholder coordination, I now serve as the Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist for the AGREE Project (Access, Governance, and Reform of the Electricity and Water Sectors) within the Ministry of Water Resources and Electricity's Project Coordination and Management Unit (UCM). In this current role, I monitor a major World Bank-funded initiative focused on expanding renewable energy access, driving institutional reforms, and building sustainable utility frameworks across the DRC.

At UCM, my deep commitment to sustainable development and climate-smart policy translates into close collaboration with government entities and international partners. I bring a diverse perspective, specialized financial acumen, and proven data-driven planning to strengthen our team’s impact on the country's green energy transition.
