I have worked with Government Accountability Trust Program (ll) (Sponsored by USAID) in the Amansie East in the Ashanti Region of Ghana as Community Facilitator.
As Community Facilitator l was involved in collecting baseline data from Communities using Participatory Learning and Action (PLA).
I also facilitated School Managemen Committee and Parent Teachers Association to identify challenges confronting their schools and also draw School Performance Improvement Program (SPIP) to improve the the standard of education in their community.
I also facilitated the SMC/PTA to raise funds to support their school.
I have also worked as Credit Officer in a Rural Bank mainly appraising loans of salary workers,farmers and small and medium enterprises and small groups.
I was also in debt collection of the loans disbursed.
I am currently working with Quality Control Company (A subsidiary of Ghana Cocoa Board) for more than a decade.
I supervise the inspection of cocoa beans for domestic processing companies and for export.
I also have experience for controlling insect pests of cocoa beans in the warehouse.
I also serve as cognisant process owner and Internal Auditor for the implementation of the ISO 17020:2012 in Quality Control Company.
I am also involve as supervisor in the implementation of the Cocoa Management System (CMS) and Ghana Cocoa Traceability System (GCTS) to meet the standard of EUDR.
