My background combines humanitarian programme support, monitoring and evaluation, research, and operations across Colombia and the Middle East. I have worked with UN agencies and NGOs on monitoring, reporting, partner coordination, budgeting, procurement and logistics in conflict-affected and displacement settings.
I have completed master’s degrees in Human Development and Climate Change and Development. My recent research explored how international NGOs in Iraq engage in climate adaptation and address gender considerations.
My interests include climate adaptation, gender-responsive programming, livelihoods and community resilience. I am particularly interested in how evaluation can reflect people’s lived experiences and help organisations improve programme decisions.
