I have over ten years of professional experience serving as a Director at the International Center for Information Awareness (ICFIA), providing strategic leadership in organizational development, programme management, research, stakeholder engagement and implementation of development-oriented initiatives.
In this role, I provide strategic direction and oversee the planning, coordination and implementation of organizational programmes and projects. My responsibilities include developing programme strategies, coordinating teams and partners, monitoring programme performance, reviewing results and supporting evidence-based decision-making.
I have extensive experience in programme monitoring, evaluation and learning, including supporting the development of programme objectives, indicators, performance frameworks, data collection processes and reporting systems. I contribute to the review of programme results, identification of lessons learned and use of evidence and feedback to strengthen programme implementation and organizational performance.
My work also involves research and information management, stakeholder consultation, partnership development and dissemination of knowledge and programme findings. I engage with institutions, development partners, communities and other stakeholders to support collaborative approaches to sustainable development and effective programme delivery.
Over the course of more than ten years, I have developed substantial experience in strategic planning, institutional capacity building, programme evaluation, organizational learning, documentation and reporting. I have supported initiatives addressing development challenges and have an interest in strengthening the use of credible evidence and evaluation findings to improve programmes, policies and development outcomes.
As a Director, I provide leadership in creating an organizational culture that values accountability, learning, evidence and continuous improvement. I am particularly interested in evaluation approaches that contribute to sustainable development, environmental sustainability, food security, community development and improved decision-making.
