Jeehyun Yoon is an Evaluation Specialist (Legal and Administration) at the Independent Evaluation Unit (IEU) of the Green Climate Fund (GCF). She has more than 19 years of international experience with the Korea International Cooperation Agency (KOICA), including country programming and project management in the field (Tunisia and El Salvador), evaluation, strategic planning, and humanitarian assistance. She also has experience in corporate performance review, process assessment, and project evaluation. She holds a master's degree in urban planning and a bachelor's degree in law. At the IEU of the GCF, she supports corporate evaluations, including the Third Performance Review (TPR) of the GCF, and contributes to institutional planning and work programme development.
