I am a public policy evaluation specialist and data analyst with over seven years of experience at the intersection of social science, strategic analysis, and data-driven decision-making.
Currently serving as a Public Policy Evaluation Officer at the City of Gennevilliers (Paris region), I design and deploy evaluation systems across municipal departments — building theories of change, developing indicator frameworks, and supporting elected officials and senior management in adopting an evidence-based culture.
My background combines a Master’s in Sociology (migration and ethnic relations, Paris Diderot) with a certified Data Analyst degree (MinesParisTech PSL), giving me the rare ability to both design rigorous qualitative frameworks and run advanced statistical analyses (Python, R, Power BI).
Before joining local government, I spent three years as a public policy consultant at FR Consultants, leading multi-sectoral evaluations and prospective studies commissioned by national bodies including the CNFPT and the Ministry of Overseas Territories. I also worked as an Innovation Research Consultant at Erdyn, conducting bibliometric analyses and evaluation surveys for higher education and R&D stakeholders.
I am trilingual in French, Spanish, and English, and bring a strong commitment to public interest, social equity, and evidence-based governance.
