The Review of monitoring and evaluation capacities in the agriculture sector carried out by the Office of Evaluation of FAO with EvalForward aimed at shedding light on the monitoring and evaluation (M&E) activities, capacities and dynamics taking place in Ministries of Agriculture. 

The study is based on interviews and desk reviews in 23 countries and calls for supporting initiatives in this sector.
