Feedback and recommendation from the Research Scholars, Scientists, Entrepreneurs and Stakeholders is very much important in any schemes, conference, workshop after its completion to give recommendation for policy makers. In recent years, receiving of feedback is lacking at Course Curriculum besides from participants of conference /symposium/ workshop/ training programme. In most of the time, Recommendation given by session chair of the conference/ symposia is not compiled and submitted to the policy makers which leads to waste of resources. Though some academia following collecting the feedback and giving reports to the government which is not taken into much care for adoption due to financial problems.  To ensure effective utilization of feed back and recommendation, the organizer of the event /scientific society /council should have follow up programme or set up a committee to follow up until inclusion of evaluation reports at policy level or come to adoption at field level.

For example, use of plastics for ornamental purpose which is against flower growers, floriculture industry and nature were presented in international events. But recommendation not made and yet to be come to policy level. Hence any evaluation reports through feedback and recommendation should be implemented at policy level as early as possible.
