Caroline Makuvire is Director of Evaluation, Research, and Learning in the Office of the President and Cabinet, with over 15 years of leadership experience driving government-wide evaluation initiatives. After successfully coordinating MEL Week 2025, she further strengthened Zimbabwe’s evaluation culture and institutional learning. She also provides policy guidance across all government programmes, projects, and policies, ensuring coherence and accountability in national development. Caroline holds a Master of Science in Strategic Management, a Bachelor of Management in Human Resources, and a Bachelor of Science Special Honours in Monitoring and Evaluation, and serves as a Board Member of the Food and Nutrition Council.
